Digital Dashboard
A major telecommunications firms senior management
team desired accurate quarterly input on customer, supplier, and
employee reactions to what is most important and how well the company
is performing in critical areas of the business. Essentially, the
team and their staff needed an integrated digital dashboard from
which to easily monitor pre-financial leading indicators. When necessary
they also wanted the capability to instantly drill-down to detail
information to understand results and determine actions.
LIS is designing customized assessment instrumentation and analysis
platforms, both for individual groups and the senior management
team. Each quarter, 25% of each population -- customers, suppliers,
and employees -- will respond to LIS-hosted Web-based surveys. The
management team will have a clear, 1,000 foot view of the overall
playing field and its staff will be able to instantly assess detailed
findings on issues that demand immediate attention. Anticipated
results include rapid identification of opportunity points; an ability
to get out in front of issues before financials are impacted; an
ability to track trends in the data and progress over time; increased
supplier, employee, and customer retention; and overall gains in
satisfaction, revenue and profitability.
