Background
Leading Indicator Systems was formed to bridge the significant gap
that exists between the collection of assessment data and the ability
to act.
Increasingly market demand and survey complexity
have run up against tradition-bound methods and approaches. Despite
the emergence of the Internet, increasing computing power, and advances
in software capabilities, the industry remains locked into labor
intensive, slow, complex, inefficient, costly, and vendor-centric
solutions. Simply web-enabling front-end data collection or posting
a difficult-to-understand report to a website has not closed the
gap.
Leading Indicator Systems set out to bridge the gap
by completely re-envisioning the assessment process and building
in technology throughout. The result is a self-service integrated
assessment platform that helps clients tap into the collective
intelligence of their greatest assets – employees, customers,
suppliers, and markets – in ways previously unattainable.
