Major League Baseball Team

We learned that modern-day baseball has really changed!

Now, it's about statistics as much as scouting. Our MLB client has recent grads mining deep data alongside seasoned scouts tapping into deep judgment. General management needed to know how that potentially awkward interaction was really working. Fortunately, Leading Indicator Systems got the call. We worked with them to develop a program that directly addressed their concerns. They told us, “it's a whole new ballgame”.

Quick Service Restaurant Leader

We learned that a lot less can be much more!

As a national leader in the quick service restaurant industry, our client holds its leaders to a very defined (and high) set of standards. They had been using a well-known leadership assessment from a global recruiting firm. However, the 100+ question survey exhausted respondents and failed to deliver feedback that leaders found compelling. Leading Indicator Systems worked with the client to develop a 20-item instrument and compelling reporting. Now leaders look forward to participating in the assessment program.

World-Renowned Consumer Product Company

We learned that form can be as important as function!

Our client manufactures products that spark lifelong loyalty. Yes, they're high performance but they also look great. The same couldn't be said of their survey program. Leading Indicator Systems worked with the company to update their employee survey experience and design custom reporting that fully reflected their brand. Participation has reached 97%, and feedback has been embraced enthusiastically. How often do you hear, “the survey report is a thing of beauty!”

Global Consulting Firm

We learned that projects are not programs!

Consulting firms are great at doing projects. They effortlessly assemble multi-faceted teams to tackle short-term challenges. But they struggle to manage ongoing assessment programs. A global consulting firm contracted Leading Indicator Systems to take over fulfillment of their multi-rater assessment programs. Since 2012, we have handle hundreds of assessments, dozens of languages and millions of individual raters and freed our client to do what they do best.
